MMCPOST.COM shall provide charitable networking tools for the MMC Community.

Each MMC user may maintain a site profile with content or off-site links for the following:

1. Blog - User posts of comments, suggestions, opinions, editorials, or news for the MMC
2. Storefront - User posts volunteering services to or offering services from other individual MMC members
3. Proposals - User-developed project proposals for community development or funding (Non-MVTE)
4. Campaigns - User-maintained campaign support pages for candidate projects (MVTE addresses)


Site shall allow categorization into MMC Community disciplines (i.e., Execution, Support, Network, Marketing, Technical). Site shall provide MMC Execution, Network, and Marketing support.  Site shall allow users to vote and/or rate content of other users.  Site shall provide search and navigation based on site ratings and/or MMC network ratings. 


Site may consist of member classes such as Officers, Candidates, Volunteers, Trusted, and Miners defined by MMC network address as follows:

1. Officers - individuals controlling elected MVTE network addresses and currently receiving portions of new block awards
2. Candidates - individuals controlling candidate MVTE network addresses and seeking support for community funding
3. Volunteers - individuals controlling non-MVTE network addresses and offering or requesting volunteer services.  Such services may include procurement of goods or other procurement of other services
4. Trusted - individuals whose non-MVTE network address history is traceable to new block awards to Officers
5. Miners - individuals whose non-MVTE network address history is traceable to new block awards
